Milk and Turmeric: Turmeric is an ingredient known for its antiseptic properties and milk is good to soothe discomfort. Mix one teaspoon of turmeric powder with one tablespoon of milk. Strain the mixture using muslin cloth and apply to the eye.
Tea Bags: Place chamomile tea bags on your eye lids for quick relief of pain and discomfort.
Coriander as Eyewash: Boil the leaves of coriander plant. Allow it to cool and strain. Then use the liquid as an eye wash.
Rosewater: Place several drops of rosewater in a dropper; drop 1-2 drops in the eye. It will help to clear up the infections.
Yogurt and Honey: Mix one teaspoon yogurt with one teaspoon honey and apply to the infected eye. Honey is a great antiseptic and anti-infection substance which is great for clearing up the infections.
